'Therefore, since we are receiving a KINGDOM THAT CANNOT BE SHAKEN, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, for our "God is a consuming fire."'- (Hebrews 12:28) This dispensation of grace is going to end with the judgement of those who have rejected God's message of grace through Christ. 'This is what the Lord Almighty says: "In a little while I will once more shake the heavens and the earth, the sea and the dry land. I will shake all nations and the desired of all nations ( ie Christ) will come and I will fill this house with glory," says the Lord Almighty.' - (Haggai 2:6-7) 'The words "once more" indicate the removing of what can be shaken - that is, created things - so that what cannot be shaken may remain.' - (Hebrews 12:27) The only thing that cannot be moved is the kingdom of God but everything else will be removed from its place, be it in the heavens or on earth! The Apostle John wrote what he saw in his vision: 'I watched as he opened the sixth seal. There was a great earthquake. The sun turned black ... the whole moon turned blood red and the stars in the sky fell to earth ... the sky receded like a scroll ... every mountain and island was removed from its place.' - (Revelation 6:12-14) And when 'the seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air ... Then there came ... a severe earthquake. No earthquake like it has ever occured since man has been on earth, so tremendous was the quake. The great city (Jerusalem) split into three parts and the cities of the nations collapsed ... Every island fled away and mountains could not be found ...' - (Revelation 16:17-20) 'Since everything will be destroyed in this way, what kind of people ought we to be? We ought to live holy and godly lives as we look forward to the day of God and speed it's coming.' - ( 2 Peter 3:11-12) Those who have only membership in a church but haven't entered the kingdom of God, will find that the Church building that they took pride in, has become a heap of rubble, just as Jesus predicted that the temple in Jerusalem that the Jews took pride in, would become a heap of rubble ! ( Matthew 24:2) The Church ( Greek ekklesia ) is not the building but the 'group of people gathered together', because the word means 'assembly' or 'congregation'. Once the believers are Raptured, the place where they had assembled or gathered, will no longer have any relevance! If anyone hasn't entered the kingdom of God yet, hurry up before it's too late! The kingdom of God is the only refuge we have from the coming apocalypse (an event involving destruction or damage on a catastrophic scale)! Three things are eternal : The Word of God ( Psalm 119:89, Matthew 5:18), the Kingdom of God ( Daniel 5:3, 2 Peter 1:11) and Hell (Matthew 25:41, Jude1;7). Believe His Word and take refuge in His Kingdom! Amen.
